How long til I get my stuff once I’ve ordered?
If your item is in stock it will go out within 24 hours
Our vases will go out within 24 hours.
Our handmade belt buckles can take up to 7-10 days to ship out, depending on our inventory
Cut out filigree necklaces, monogrammed pendants and cell phone cases will take 2-3 weeks, but generally can be ready earlier then that depending on the season.
Can you help me with how to order my monogram?
Traditionally with a woman’s three-letter monogram the first letter of the last name will be in the center of the monogram and will be larger than the other two letters. The first initial will be on the left and the middle initial will be on the right.
With a couples monogram the first letter of the last name will be in the center of the monogram and will be larger that the other two letters. Traditionally the man’s first initial will be on the left and the woman’s first initial will be on the right
With a man’s monograms each letter appears in the same size in the order first, middle, last.
What about other personalization’s such as names?
Please fill in the name or word just like you want it. For example ALL CAPS, First letter Capitalized or all lowercase letters and symbols.

Can you describe the cell phone covers?
Our cell phone cases are casemate phone cases. They are the perfect way to protect and personalize your phone. They are made out of Lexan, an extremely durable plastic, they simply snap on your device. Each case is custom designed with your initials and heat printed, so there is no chance of rubbing off or fading. This is not a sticker.
The case comes exactly as shown. Please provide the monogram you wish to use in the box provided for you at checkout. If you are ordering more then one, please add the description of the case then the monogram. Eg Blue Diamond w/ blue LSK.
Are your silver pieces made of sterling?
Yes our silver pieces are made of sterling silver.
What is Gold Vermeil?
In order to qualify as gold vermeil and not merely gold-plated the base must be pure sterling silver. The piece is then dipped in 14 karat gold.
Gold vermeil will last for many years without tarnishing and without the gold wearing away if you properly care for it. You should avoid wearing gold vermeil jewelry in the bath, shower, or when swimming. Do not have gold vermeil jewelry machine polished or dipped in any cleaning agent, these processes can wear away the gold layer. Use a soft, clean cloth to remove dirt, oils and other material from the jewelry.
Will my silver jewelry tarnish?
By nature, sterling silver will tarnish when exposed to air. Most of the sterling silver we sell is coated to prevent or slow the tarnishing process, however proper care and storage will help to keep your jewelry sparkling and clean. If the silver should become tarnished, use a jewelry-grade polishing cloth to clean them. Never apply polishing agents as they may scratch or damage the silver.
Avoid applying lotions, hair products, etc. while wearing the jewelry as they may damage them. We cannot refund or exchange jewelry that has been scratched or damaged by cleaning agents, cosmetics or other personal care products.
What is your return policy?
All custom pieces are NOT returnable.
We will not refund or exchange any jewelry that has been scratched or damaged by cleaning agents, cosmetics or other personal care products. Products returned must be returned in their original packaging and in re-sellable conditions.
We are happy to replace or refund the cost of any defective item, or exchange a strap for another size or color. In order to receive a replacement or refund, please return the item along with a clear note describing what is being returned and which action you require us to take.
We also reserve the right to refuse returns and/or refunds, which are dated 2 weeks beyond the original date of purchase without a reasonable reason why it is being returned outside of the 2 week deadline.
Do you do home shows?
Yes we do. We offer a $100.00 credit towards your party when you book an event. Then in addition to the $100.00 credit we add 10% of all sales from your party towards your purchase.
We do request that you have a minimum of 20 people attending.
